Dispute Resolution

The Scottish poet Robert Burns had something to say about the best-laid schemes of mice and men: they “gang aft agley” (“oft go awry” in modern English). When an author has met his or her deadlines but the book does not appear as scheduled, when joint authors have a falling out, when royalty payments are late or deficient, when an author copies someone else’s protected materials without authorization, a dispute arises and must be resolved.

Our mission is to facilitate dispute resolutions.
